Now that California has removed the age restriction on operating a class 1 or 2 electric bicycle, even Editor Tony Donaldson’s 8-year-old daughter Emily can join in the fun. She was nervous on the new Pedego 20” Trail Tracker at ;rst, but the nerves gave way to a big smile!
